Nine hundred of those crimes were clearly motivated by right-wing extremism. That's a huge increase compared to 2014. There were many cases of arson, and some of the crimes involved the use of explosives. Investigators and politicians are alarmed. The slogans of the far-right anti-immigration organization PEGIDA are just talk - but there are individuals in Germany who will apparently use any means to terrorize immigrants. Our report finds out what German authorities and politicians are doing to stop this kind of violence - and asks whether some investigators and judges are turning a blind eye to it.
